Oh my goodness, I cannot speak highly enough about Roberta Montagnini Portraits!!! When I first saw Roberta’s work, I knew I wanted her to do our daughter’s Senior Portraits, but the experience we had (and the photos she took!) far surpassed what I could have possibly hoped for.
There was a professional make-up and hair artist on hand, first of all, and the wardrobe and accessories in Roberta’s glamorous collection are just to die for. We spent an entire day playing Ultimate Dress Up and the photos she took were just INSANE. It was so hard to choose! Every time someone sees the photos Roberta took of our Claire, they ask if she is a model! (And she felt like one that day, for sure! It was one of our most memorable mother-daughter days ever!) The final product from Roberta was so beautiful it made me cry–a gorgeous, Italian leather photo book we will cherish forever.
But the best part honestly was the joy of getting to know Roberta through the process. This was the best money I’ve ever spent. (Except maybe that trip to Greece.) Do it!! Hire her! You’ll not be sorry!!!

Having Roberta photograph my daughter has been the highlight of our year! She is so passionate about what she does and makes you feel so comfortable and beautiful. She has an eye for detail and so much patience working with someone who might not be used to posing.

Roberta Montagnini is extremely professional and talented. We had a fabulous experience of documenting mother and daughter pictures. She assisted in the selection of outfits, hair, make up and pose ideas which made the experience easier and enjoyable for us. From the beginning until the end, Roberta paid attention to every single detail. My make-up was done to gorgeous perfection while I relaxed. She arranged my hair beautifully (I have very difficult hair to work with), and provided me with creative outfits (in fact, people asked me where to buy some of the outfits).
She adapted her photographing to my needs as I didn’t know what looked good and didn’t have a firm idea what I wanted, only “beautiful pictures”. She was thorough with her shoots, and directive with the poses she had in mind. Her editing is phenomenal, and really makes the pictures. If one looks at the final photographs one sees a stunning me; while in reality they are the sum of an expert make-up artist, talented coiffeur, thoughtful photographer and experienced editor’s skills.

Roberta is a creative through and through. She has an eye for design in many different mediums, so it’s no surprise to me that she’s also a fantastic photographer.
